Terms of Use

Stronger product rules for a safer and more globally usable random chat service.

These terms explain who can use Meetzo, what behavior is prohibited, how moderation and safety escalation work, what responsibility users keep for their conduct, and the legal limits that apply when you use the service.

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Meetzo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related policies linked from the service, including our Privacy Policy, Safety Center, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, Trust Center, and Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Meetzo for or on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Eligibility and account-free access

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Meetzo.
  • You may only use the service where doing so is legal in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not use the service if you have previously been suspended, banned, or removed unless we expressly restore access.
  • Meetzo may allow account-free access, but anonymous access does not remove your legal or personal responsibility for your conduct.

What Meetzo provides

Meetzo offers anonymous random text and video chat tools that connect users in real time. Features may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, experimentation, legal compliance, abuse prevention, safety, or operational reasons.

Some features may be unavailable in certain browsers, devices, regions, or network environments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or identical service availability everywhere.

Acceptable use

  • Use Meetzo respectfully and only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not harass, threaten, exploit, extort, stalk, or intimidate other users.
  • Do not post or stream nudity, sexual coercion, child sexual abuse material, exploitative content, or graphic violence.
  • Do not use hate speech, dehumanizing slurs, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
  • Do not send malware, phishing links, scams, fake investment offers, or mass unsolicited promotions.
  • Do not automate access through bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any attempt to bypass rate limits, bans, or moderation controls.

User content and limited service permission

You retain responsibility for content you create or transmit, but you give Meetzo a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to process and transmit that content only as necessary to operate the service, investigate reports, enforce policies, comply with law, and protect users and the platform.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Meetzo and does not authorize unrelated commercial use outside those purposes.

Safety, moderation, and reports

Meetzo may review reports, session metadata, fraud signals, and related information to investigate misuse and enforce these terms. We may warn, restrict, disconnect, suspend, permanently ban, or otherwise limit access when needed to protect the service or comply with law.

For urgent safety issues, child safety concerns, self-harm threats, or credible violence risks, we may escalate to emergency responders, legal authorities, or other appropriate parties where allowed or required.

No guarantee of identity, behavior, or suitability

Meetzo does not verify every user's identity, age, location, or intent in real time. You should assume that strangers may misrepresent themselves and should rely on your own judgment before continuing a conversation or sharing any information.

Third-party services and infrastructure

Meetzo may rely on hosting, networking, analytics, communications, moderation, or infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party networks or services outside our reasonable control, although we aim to choose vendors and controls responsibly.

Intellectual property

  • Meetzo and its branding, software, design, documentation, and site content are owned by Meetzo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
  • You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit Meetzo except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Disclaimers

Meetzo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect moderation outcomes, universal device compatibility, or the honesty, legality, or safety of every user interaction.

Anonymous real-time communication involves user-generated behavior that cannot be fully controlled. If something feels unsafe or unwanted, leave the chat and use the available reporting tools.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meetzo and its operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Meetzo and its operators from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using Meetzo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these terms, created safety risk, attempted to evade moderation, or exposed Meetzo or others to legal or technical harm.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Your continued use after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated version.
