Community Guidelines
Short version: be decent, respect boundaries, and do not weaponize anonymity.
These guidelines describe the behavior Meetzo expects from users and the categories of content or conduct that can lead to moderation action.
Our standard
Meetzo exists for spontaneous, respectful conversation. The platform works only when users understand that anonymity is not permission to harass, exploit, or degrade other people.
Be respectful
- Treat every stranger like a real person, not a target or a dare.
- Respect boundaries the first time they are expressed.
- Leave the chat instead of escalating when the vibe is not a fit.
No harassment or hateful behavior
- Do not threaten, bully, shame, intimidate, or repeatedly target other users.
- Do not use hate speech, dehumanizing slurs, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Do not encourage self-harm, violence, or public humiliation.
No sexual exploitation or minors
- No nudity, sexual coercion, extortion, or exploitative sexual behavior.
- No content involving minors, youth roleplay, age-play, or attempts to contact minors.
- If you appear to be under 18, you may be removed for safety reasons.
No scams, spam, or manipulation
- Do not advertise, mass-message, run lead generation, or promote external services without consent.
- Do not request money, gift cards, crypto, verification codes, or login credentials.
- Do not impersonate another person, brand, moderator, or public figure.
Protect privacy
- Do not ask for or reveal personal information such as home addresses, school names, bank data, government IDs, or private contact lists.
- Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute another person's chat or image without permission.
- Do not dox, stalk, or try to identify someone outside the platform.
No platform abuse
- Do not use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automation to access Meetzo.
- Do not attempt to bypass bans, rate limits, or safety controls.
- Do not probe the service for vulnerabilities, abuse signaling flows, or disrupt the experience for others.
How enforcement works
Violations may result in warnings, disconnections, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans. Severe violations can trigger immediate removal without notice.
Repeated low-level abuse, evasion, or false reporting can also lead to enforcement action. Moderation decisions are made to protect the broader community, not only the individual chat session.
How to help
Use the report tools when you encounter harmful behavior. Fast reports improve moderation quality and help us identify patterns that are not visible from a single session alone.
